A Touch of South America

Nick went to Venezuela on his mission and the other day he was craving some Venezuelan food. So, he tried his hand at making me a traditional dish. It's called Pabellón Criollo, and it was sooo good. It has rice, a pulled beef, fried plantains, and this really good bean dish that has cilantro in it. Luckily he made lots and we had leftovers for a few days. Here's some pics of what it looked like.
